National Book Awards 2025 Longlist. A total of 470 books were submitted. The longlists have been announced for the 2025 ukla book awards, the only national children’s book awards to be judged by teachers.

The 75th national book awards’ longlist in fiction is drawn from an initial pool of 473 books submitted by publishers for consideration. The winners will be announced live at the 75th national book awards ceremony ceremony on wednesday, november 20, 2024.
